Vivien & Associés advised Docaposte, a subsidiary of Groupe La Poste, in connexion with a 30% investment in the share capital of Adobis Group, a software company specializing in collecting, processing, analyzing and editing massive or complex data, notably through a proprietary technology known as DataChain. Docaposte, a certified health data operator since June 2020, thereby strengthens a French sovereign offer for the secure management and operation of health data aimed at industry operators and professionals in the health sector. Docaposte already serves in excess of 23,000 client companies and government bodies, with approximately 6,400 employees spread over 70 sites in France and abroad.
