Hélène joined the firm’s Restructuring department as an associate in 2023.
She is involved in both domestic and cross-border restructuring operations, as part of preventive procedures such as mandat ad hoc and conciliation, or collective procedures such as safeguard, receivership or liquidation. She assists various stakeholders (companies, managers, shareholders, creditors, investment funds) of distressed companies and also advises investors on distressed M&A transactions.
