François Sicard

François joined the firm’s M&A and corporate department in 2019.
He focuses on corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions and intragroup restructurings.
He teaches at Paris XI University as a teaching assistant in property law, and also leads a research team on whistleblowing in French listed companies.
