June 6, 2023 – VIVIEN & ASSOCIÉS ADVISES MON VÉTO ON OPENING UP THE COMPANY’S CAPITAL WITH ARDIAN’S ARRIVAL

The number one independent veterinary clinic with revenues of €180 million in 2022, up 80% year-on-year, is opening up its capital to Ardian. Ardian’s minority investment will consist of a €100 million capital increase to support and accelerate Mon Véto’s development in France and Europe.
