Vivien & Associés advises Alyra on its sale to MBGO Dev

Vivien & Associés supported Jérémy Wauquier, founder of Alyra in its strategic sale to the MBGO DEV group, founded by Gwendoline Beaurain and Matthieu Beaurain.

Created in 2017, this online training school around blockchain and AI professions, generating between €3 and €5 million in revenues, has been acquired by MBGO DEV, a holding company with ambitions to develop a business around talent management and emerging professions.

Alyra was advised by Julie Tchaglass (partner), Elie Lounis (counsel) and Alexia Morlier (associate) on corporate aspects during the following stages: negotiation of offer letters, audit, signature of the deed of sale and lifting of conditions precedent.

The Buyer was advised by Leaf Law Firm (Charlotte Mantoux and Philippe Ruff).
