8 October 2018 – The Commercial Court of Evry has selected Jellej Jouets’ Bid offer on Toys R Us Sarl.
This acquisition covers 44 stores and 1036 employment contracts.
Thanks to this acquisition, Jellej Jouets, a company 90% owned by Cyrus Capital Partners and 10% owned by the Lesaffre family, in association with PicWic, a distributor specialized in toy stores managed by Romain Mulliez, ambitions to become the French leader in toy and leisure shops for families.
