Jean joined the firm’s Restructuring department as an associate in 2021.
He focuses on pre-insolvency and insolvency proceedings. He assists stakeholders (managers, shareholders, creditors, receivers) of companies in crisis. He also advises investors in distressed M&A transactions, including in sale plans before the bankruptcy court.
