Emmanuel Chauvet joined the firm after eight years with Slaughter and May (in Paris and London) and Ginestié Paley-Vincent, where he worked primarily in the areas of corporate law, stock-exchange regulations and financing.
Since 2008, Emmanuel has focused on mergers and acquisitions and restructuring for French as well as foreign industrial clients.
Emmanuel also has developed specific expertise in the field of mining regulation and not-for-profit organizations.
In addition, Emmanuel is an adjunct faculty member at the Paris Sciences Po Law School where he teaches a course on commercial contracts.
