January 19, 2018 – Vivien & Associés successfully advised Arrow ECS on the sale of 100% of the share capital of its subsidiary, Asplenium Hosting Services, to ITS Integra (ITS Group).
Asplenium Hosting Services is a value-added service provider of SaaS and IaaS hosting solutions for the management of sensitive customer data in the healthcare sector. Based in Courbevoie, near Paris, Asplenium Hosting Services is certified by the French Shared Healthcare Information Systems Agency (ASIP Santé) to manage people’s private health data.
Arrow ECS is a subsidiary of Arrow Electronics Inc., a NYSE-listed US company. It specializes in the provision of technology products, services and solutions to industrial and commercial users of electronic components and enterprise computing solutions.
