Paris, July 20, 2026 – Vivien & Associés advised Orisha on its acquisition of Follow Health, a provider of software solutions for medical specialists.
Founded in 2015, Follow Health has developed a premium SaaS platform built around the specific needs of specialist practitioners. Its solution covers the full patient journey, including appointment management, clinical follow-up, medical records, prescriptions, billing, and electronic claims submission. The company currently serves close to 1,500 specialists, primarily in highly technical surgical fields such as orthopedics, neurosurgery, urology, and digestive surgery.
The acquisition is part of the growth strategy of Orisha Health & Safety, the healthcare division of the Orisha group. Backed by Francisco Partners and TA Associates, the group brings together approximately 2,300 employees and serves more than 50,000 clients across Europe. The healthcare division's revenue is expected to exceed €100 million in 2026.
