July 7, 2021 – V&A advised the founders and majority shareholders of Xerfi Group, leader of sectorial market analysis in France, as part of the reorganization of Xerfi Group and the acquisition of a minority stake in Xerfi Group by NextStage and Sopromec Participations in a global leveraged buy-out.
NextStage is an independent management company founded in 2002, pioneer and leader of innovative and patient development capital in France.
Further to the completion of the transaction, the Founders still hold the control of Xerfi Group.
