1st February 2019 – The French IT and organization consulting group Magellan Partners acquired, through its subsidiary Exakis Groupe, Nelite Corporation, a pure-player expert of Microsoft infrastructures and security solutions (“Nelite“).
As part of the transaction, the investment fund Apax Partners Development, which had acquired a stake in Nelite in 2016 via EPF Partenrs to support its growth, sold its entire stake. Arnaud Berrebi and Maxence Censier, Nelite’s founding partners, remain shareholders of the new combined entity.
By merging Nelite with its Exakis division, the new combined entity now known as Exakis Nelite, will assemble more than 500 employees in in France, Switzerland, Morocco and Bulgaria France, and becomes the first pure-player Microsoft partner in France with the aim of becoming the first European partner.
