28 June 2018 – Vivien & Associés advised PSB Industries group in connection with the sale of its Agroalimentaire & Distribution division, one of the four divisions of the group, which includes CGL Pack Service holding and its two subsidiaries.
CGL Pack Service was acquired by a Danish group, Faerch Plast, specialized in food packaging, on the basis of an enterprise value of 81.5M€.
PSB Industries, which is a listed company, is made up of several business units operating in the packaging sector (in particular in luxury, beauty, and health areas) and in fine chemistry. In 2017, PSB Industries achieved a consolidated turnover of around 378 M€.
