Elisa Saez

Elisa was admitted to the bar in 2018. She joined the firm in 2025 as part of the Competition Law department. Before joining Vivien & Associés, she practiced in law firms in Paris and worked as in-house counsel for a major international group.
She advises on competition law matters, in particular with regard to merger control. She also assists clients with their day-to-day issues in economic law (contracts, distribution, consumer law), both in advisory and litigation contexts.
Elisa has also been a tutor in Competition Law at Paris Nanterre University (Paris X) for several years.
