Julie Tchaglass joined Vivien & Associés in 2018 and was promoted to partner in 2021. She began her career in the Paris offices of international firms Olswang (now CMS) and Latham & Watkins, where she gained significant experience in handling complex corporate transactions.
Julie advises her clients on corporate law matters as well as their contractual and commercial issues, with a rigorous yet pragmatic approach. Her practice focuses in particular on strategic mergers and acquisitions, fundraising and private equity transactions (including LBOs and leveraged buyouts), group restructurings, as well as corporate governance and strategic partnerships.
Julie works with French and international industrial groups, both listed and unlisted, as well as start-ups, SMEs and mid-cap companies, along with investment funds.
