Jérôme Chapus co-founded Vivien & Associés in 1999 after working in the New York and Paris offices of CMS Francis Lefebvre and in the tax department of Stibbe.
He advises and represents both corporate clients and individuals, including in litigation. He regularly works alongside the corporate team on business sales and acquisitions, group reorganizations, and intra-group transactions.
His expertise includes tax audits, structuring, consolidation, as well as management packages, mergers, use of tax losses, transfer pricing, and thin capitalization issues.
Jérôme also advises on VAT matters and assists individuals with the organization of their professional and personal assets. His work covers tax residency, income tax, wealth tax, succession planning, gifts, and structuring through French real estate holding companies (SCI).
