Emmanuel Chauvet brings over a decade of high-level experience to Vivien & Associés, having begun his career with Slaughter and May in Paris and London before joining Ginestié Magellan Paley-Vincent, where he advised on corporate law, securities law, and financial regulation.
He advises French and international industrial and service groups on complex mergers & acquisitions and intragroup reorganizations. His practice extends to negotiating and drafting industrial contracts and representing clients in disputes arising from M&A transactions.
Emmanuel also offers recognized expertise in corporate governance and the regulation of non-profit organizations. He has built strong professional relationships with a number of foreign companies, particularly in Northern Europe and Spain.
Alongside his practice, Emmanuel teaches commercial contract law at the Sciences Po Law School in Paris.
