Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2015, Elie Lounis joined Vivien & Associés the same year, following an initial experience with the Paris Île-de-France Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Appointed Counsel in 2023, he has played an active role in the development of the firm’s M&A practice, independently leading complex transactions and contributing to the strengthening of the team’s expertise for a demanding and diverse client base.
Elie advises companies, investors and entrepreneurs on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and complex restructurings, both in France and internationally. Recognised for his technical rigour, efficiency and pragmatic approach, he combines legal expertise with a keen understanding of his clients’ strategic and operational challenges.
