After working as an associate at Vivien & Associés from 2014 to 2020, Alexandra Arnould returned to the firm in 2025 as a partner. Between 2021 and 2024, she practiced with Ernst & Young Société d’Avocats in Lyon.
Working in the Mergers & Acquisitions/Corporate Law team based in Lyon, Alexandra advises French and international companies as well as investment funds on a wide range of transactions, including acquisitions, LBOs, disposals, fundraisings, and joint ventures.
She is also involved in complex restructurings, such as mergers, demergers, and partial asset contributions, and assists clients with their day-to-day corporate and commercial law matters across a variety of industries.
