InVivo sells AIT Ingredients to Lallemand

Vivien & Associés advised InVivo on the sale of AIT Ingredients to Lallemand, a Canadian group.

Operating in France, Argentina, Brazil, Spain, Asia-Pacific and Africa, AIT Ingredients is a leading global producer of baking ingredients offering both technical and creative solutions for the bakery, flour milling, and pasta industries. AIT Ingredients will be integrated into the Lallemand Baking Solutions (LBS) business unit, a leading global supplier of clean-label solutions for the baking industry.
