Vivien & Associés appoints Elie Lounis as partner

Paris, November 7, 2025 – Vivien & Associés is pleased to announce that Elie Lounis was appointed as a partner of the firm, active in its Corporate/M&A team, effective January 1, 2026.

Elie holds a Master 2 DJCE from the University of Rennes and a Master 2 in business law from Panthéon-Assas University. Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2015, Elie joined Vivien & Associés the same year, after gaining experience with the Paris Île-de-France Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Appointed Counsel in 2023, Elie has played an active role in developing the firm’s M&A practice, managing complex transactions and helping to strengthen the team’s expertise for the benefit of a demanding and diverse client base.

Elie assists companies, investors, and entrepreneurs in their mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and complex restructurings. He combines technical efficiency, and pragmatism with a keen understanding of clients’ strategic issues.
