Vivien & Associés assisted the InVivo group in the reorganization of the fast-food activities carried out under the “Pomme de Pain” brand, and their takeover by the current management team led by Mr. Nicolas Papageorgopoulos, having a solid experience in fast-food chains.
This transaction was completed under a conciliation agreement approved by the Créteil Commercial Court.
The conciliator was SCP Abitbol & Rousselet in the person of Maître Joanna Rousselet.
