Vivien & Associés advised Electrolux in the acquisition of UNIC

25 April 2019 – Electrolux acquired all the shares of UNIC SAS, the French expert in professional espresso machines.

UNIC SAS operates, with 100 years of technology, a business manufacturing and selling coffee espresso machines in the USA, France and Japan. The company has approximately 130 employees.

This acquisition is in line with Electrolux Professional Products’ strategy to grow its position as a leader by providing a complete offering of food service, beverage and laundry solutions under one brand.

Electrolux was advised by Vivien & Associés’ team led by Laurent Assaya (partner) with Joëlle Hannelais (partner), Maximilien Talbot, Sarah Machrhoul and Jérôme Opalinski (associates).

Unic’s shareholders were advised by Fidal’s team led by Jean-Paul Purpo and Nicolas Heymonet.
