26 November 2019 – Vivien & Associés acted for Viapost (a subsidiary of the La Poste group) in relation to the sale of Viapost Logistique Connectée (VLC) to UpLog (a subsidiary of the Log’s group).VLC, a group of companies composed of Morin Développement and its five subsidiaries (Morin Logistic, Morin Logistic Sud, Orium, Viapost Dourges and Viapost Ascq), is specialized in connected logistics and transport solutions.
Log’s is specialized in logistics solutions and in supporting companies’ logistics projects: e-commerce, retail, and industry. The acquisition of VLC, whose new commercial name will be UpLog, allows Log’s to strengthen its know-how on e-commerce logistics and also on transport steering.
