Our partners Lisa Becker and Julien Koch have contributed to the 17th edition of the International Comparative Legal Guide – Merger & Acquisitions Laws and Regulations 2023 .
This guide provides an overview of the legal framework of M&A operations in different jurisdictions. Lisa and Julien have written the France chapter of the guide which covers common issues in M&A laws and regulations, including relevant authorities and legislation, target defences, bidder protection, and mechanics of acquisition.
