January 5, 2025 – Vivien & Associés advised Orisha, a multi-sector software group, on the acquisition of SociaNova, a software publisher providing solutions to institutions supporting people with disabilities.
Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Paris, SociaNova employs around 50 people and serves over 200 clients in France and Belgium. It generates around €8 million in revenue and operates primarily in the medico-social sector.
This acquisition is part of Orisha’s external growth strategy in the healthcare sector, aiming to strengthen and structure its software offering for medico-social stakeholders. Following the completion of this transaction, Orisha’s healthcare business unit has reached €100 million in revenue.
Backed by Francisco Partners and TA Associates, Orisha continues to pursue an active build-up strategy focused on vertical software solutions.
As part of this transaction, Vivien & Associés assisted the buyer with Alexandra Arnould (partner), Chloé Canal (associate), and Ines Dirckx (associate) for corporate and transactional aspects; Marie-Emilie Rousseau-Brunel (partner) and Sophie Finel (associate) for employment law aspects; and Marine Pelletier-Capes (partner) for tax law aspects.
