March 5th, 2025 – InVivo sells Bioline Agrosciences to EURAZEO
Bioline Agrosciences is a recognized expert in the production and marketing of biocontrol solutions.
Vivien & Associés advised Bioline Group, a subsidiary of InVivo Group, on the sale of its Agrosciences division, which has a presence across the United Kingdom, Mexico, Kenya, the United States of America, Canada and France.
The Bioline Agrosciences division was sold to a company controlled by Eurazeo Planetary Boundaries Fund.
Vivien & Associés has assisted InVivo Group and Bioline Group throughout the sale process of the various entities, drafting and negotiating the transaction documents and coordinating the local advisors.
