Cécile Auvieux joined Vivien in 2026 and created the Innovation, Technologies & Intellectual property practice.

She has significant experience in strategic commercial contractual negotiations, and supports her clients at every stage of the creation, protection, commercialization and use of new technologies and intangible assets.

Cécile regularly assists clients on privacy and data protection matters. She has developed expertise in restructuring data flows in complex commercial contexts and following corporate reorganisations, mergers, or carve-outs.

She also assists companies in implementing strategic digital projects, and ensuring compliance with the full range of technology regulations, including AI, cybersecurity, connected products, data and e-commerce.

She is experienced in intellectual property matters, including IP licensing and assignment agreements, tech transfer transactions and infringement-related issues.

Prior to joining Vivien & Associés, Cécile built her expertise at international law firms and through her own practice.
