Alexandra Arnould

Alexandra is a corporate/M&A partner based in the Lyon office. Her practice focuses on corporate law, with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and capital investment.
She advises both domestic and foreign companies and private equity funds on a broad range of corporate (acquisitions -including LBOs-, sales, capital investments, joint ventures) and restructuring transactions (including mergers, spin-off or partial asset contributions). She also provides general corporate and commercial assistance to a various panel of clients active in a wide variety of industries.
Prior to joining Vivien & Associés as a partner in 2025, Alexandra already worked in the firm as an associate (2014-2020) and also worked in the Lyon office of Ernst & Young Société d’Avocats (2021-2024).
