Martin joined the firm’s Corporate/M&A department as an associate in 2021 after nearly two years as an intern and associate with the Paris office of Linklaters.

He focuses on various areas of corporate law, including domestic and international mergers and acquisitions and intra-group restructurings. He also advises the firm’s clients for general corporate advisory work.
