Julien Koch is a Partner in the M&A / Corporate department of Vivien & Associés. Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2014, he advises French and international clients on domestic and cross-border corporate transactions.
Julien brings strong transactional experience to mergers and acquisitions, capital investment transactions, restructurings, joint ventures and strategic alliances, including acquisitions, disposals and complex intra-group reorganisations.
He assists companies, investment funds and entrepreneurs across a wide range of industries, supporting them through pivotal strategic milestones. Julien is recognised for a pragmatic, solution-driven approach to negotiations and for his ability to navigate complex deal dynamics efficiently.
In addition to his transactional practice, Julien advises on high-stakes commercial contracts and regularly participates in alternative dispute resolution processes, acting as a mediator primarily in inter-company matters.
Bilingual in French and English, Julien brings a distinctly international perspective to his work. He holds an LL.M. from the London School of Economics and a law degree from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. He is a certified mediator and a member of the Paris Bar.
