Aspiring to triple its revenues of €6.5 million in five years, MMI, the training organization for
interior decoration and
community management, sees its founder handing over the reins to the co-founder of
diplomeo.com, with the majority support of idiCo.
Established in 2003, MMI initially developed certified training in interior decoration and space design, before expanding its catalog in 2015 to community management professions (IMCI).
Marie-Emilie Rousseau-Brunel and
Astrid Brébant advised idiCo on the labor law aspects of the transaction.
