Acomat International has been sold to Lindab France, a subsidiary of the listed Swedish group Lindab, which develops, manufactures, markets and distributes products and system solutions for the construction industry.
Acomat International is a distributor of ventilation products specializing in flexible duct systems and accessories based and mainly active in the Paris region. This acquisition enables Lindab France to access new customer segments and aligns with its strategy to reinforce its position in the French market.
