Cécile Auvieux joined Vivien & Associés in 2026, after building her expertise at international law firms (Norton Rose Fulbright, D'Ornano+Co) and through her own practice (Aliada).
She has significant experience in strategic commercial contractual negotiations, particularly for tech and data-driven agreements, acting for both tech providers and users.
Cécile regularly assists clients on privacy and data protection matters. She has developed expertise in restructuring data flows in complex commercial contexts and following corporate reorganisations, mergers, or carve-outs.
She supports clients in the implementation of strategic digital projects, and advises on the full spectrum of technology regulations, including AI, cybersecurity, connected products, data and e-commerce.
She is also experienced in intellectual property matters, including IP licensing and assignment agreements, tech transfer transactions and infringement-related issues.
