October 3, 2024 – Vivien & Associés advised Moët Hennessy in connection with its investment in French Bloom, through an acquisition of a minority shareholding.

Incorporated in 2019 by Rodolphe Frerejean-Taittinger, Maggie Frerejean-Taittinger and Constance Jablonski, French Bloom produces and distributes premium non-alcoholic sparkling wines in France and abroad.

This partnership with French Bloom aligns with Moët Hennessy’s key strategic initiatives, demonstrating the group’s commitment to offering high-quality alcohol-free choices to consumers who moderate their alcohol intake.
