November 14th, 2023 – Vivien & Associés promotes Elie Lounis to Counsel
Vivien & Associés has appointed Elie Lounis as Counsel in the Corporate/M&A department. Vivien & Associés is thus pursuing its policy of developing and promoting in-house talent within its historic and emblematic department. This appointment took effect on November 1, 2023.
Elie Lounis specializes in corporate law and mergers & acquisitions, and advises on acquisitions, restructurings, disposals, fund-raising and investments for a diverse clientele of French and foreign entrepreneurs and groups operating in a variety of sectors.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2015, Elie has spent his entire legal career in the firm’s Corporate/M&A department, which he joined after starting out as a lawyer in the Legislative and Legal Policy Department of the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Vivien & Associés’ Corporate/M&A team now comprises 10 partners, 1 counsel and 10 associates.
Elie holds a Master II in Corporate and Business Law and a D.J.C.E (Diplôme de Juriste Conseil en Entreprise) from the University of Rennes, as well as a Master II in Business Law from the University of Paris-Panthéon-Assas.
