AUREXIA is a consulting firm specialized in the transformation of financial services. It has more than 130 experts in 7 offices in France and abroad. Founded in 2006 by Dominique Herrou and Eric Vernhes, joined in 2009 by David Villard, the AUREXIA group supports leading players in several areas of expertise (retail banking and specialized financial services, insurance, CIB, asset & wealth management), but also in cross-functional areas (finance, risk and compliance, digital and customer experience, data management, operational excellence, ESG)
The group has developed through organic growth, in France and internationally, to reach €18M in revenues by 2022. From 2014 to 2023, the London, Luxembourg, Singapore, Hong Kong and Montreal offices were successively opened to support the deployment of international projects. In France, an office was opened in Nantes (Loire-Atlantique) in 2020 to cover the Grand Ouest region and to launch the regionalization of its activity.
The R&D work, initiated since 2021 in operational excellence and process mining technologies, positions the firm at the forefront of digital and operational transformation projects. In 2022, the group completed its offer with the creation of the Agilee One brand, complementary to its historical consulting activity, and positioned on operational assistance, technical assistance and “data tech” services. Finally, the “AUREXIA Sustainable” label, launched in 2021, covers the strategic and regulatory ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) issues related to sustainable finance.
After a fiscal year 2022 marked by a growth of nearly 25% of its activities in France and internationally, the entry of UI Investissement and Bpifrance in the capital allows the AUREXIA group to strengthen its equity and to launch an external growth plan aiming to double in size in the coming years.
