December 2020 – Vivien & Associés advises BayWa r.e. France on the sale of two PV Plants to Encavis
Vivien & Associés advised BayWa r.e. France on the sale of two ground-mounted PV solar farms located in Centre-Val de Loire region (CRE IV.4 projects) amounting a total generation capacity of 30 MWp, to a German investment fund managed by Encavis Asset Management (a subsidiary of Encavis AG listed on the SDAX), dedicated to investments in the renewable energy sector. The construction of the solar farms started in June 2020 and should be commissioned during the first quarter of 2021. O&M services for the PV plants will be provided by BayWa r.e. France for a period of at least 20 years.
BayWa r.e. is responsible for BayWa group’s energy business in the area of solar energy, wind energy, bioenergy and geothermal energy. BayWa r.e.’s French subsidiary operates in France on the wind and solar energy markets, where it develops and operates solar and wind farms.
