Sophie Finel

Sophie Finel joined the firm’s employment law department in 2025 after having previously practised at Simmons & Simmons LLP and Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP.
She assists French and international clients on their individual and collective labour law matters, both contentious and non-contentious.
She advises companies of various sectors, notably on the implementation of dismissals, the negotiation of settlements, working time, gender equality as well as relationships with staff representatives, collective agreements, mass redundancies or the employment aspects of corporate operations.
Sophie is registered with the Paris Bar since January 2018, holds a master’s degree in Employment law from the University of Paris II – Assas and studied at the University of Oxford.
