March 3rd, 2025 – As of 1 March 2025, Vivien & Associés is opening a new office in Lyon lead by Alexandra Arnould, newly partnered, and joined by Pierre Bondu, as associate.
Vivien & Associés thus strengthens its Corporate/M&A practice, which now comprises 9 partners and 11 associates.

Alexandra Arnould specializes in mergers and acquisitions and private equity. She advises national and/or international groups and PEs on their corporate transactions (acquisitions including LBOs, divestments, investments, joint-ventures) and restructuring transaction (mergers, demergers, partial contributions of assets)
Alexandra Arnould previously worked at Vivien & Associés before joining the Lyon office of Ernst & Young Société d’Avocats.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2014, Alexandra Arnould is a graduate of the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne and holds a Master’s degree in Business Law and a Master’s degree in the Law of Economic Activities.
