Garance joined the firm’s labour law department in 2024.

She focuses in labor and social security law for French companies and international undertakings with a presence in France. She works on both advisory and litigation matters.

Garance holds a Master’s degree in labor law from the Université Paris-Est-Créteil (UPEC), which she rounded out with internships in the labor law departments of French business law firms.

Garance also has professional experience as a Supply Chain executive with one of France’s leading food manufacturers. She has worked in Singapore and Barcelona.

This diversified background gives her a global and multi-skilled vision of the professional world.
